Anthony is a recognized thought leader in branch and main office transformation. Since 2016, he has spoken at over 40 state and nation conventions on the topics of Retail Banking, Branch Strategy, Omni-Channel Delivery, the Future of Branch Banking, and Main Office Transformation.
The BA Group
Amy’s inextinguishable passion and expertise in marketing strategy, planning, branding and execution spans as far and wide as her love for building relationships and delivering results. While her accomplished career started as an on-air personality for a nationally syndicated radio program, that would eventually lead her down a path as a 21st century business renaissance woman. Having worked as a marketing manager for a multi-billion-dollar credit card company and apprenticed under several top-ranked advertising and marketing professionals in the nation, Amy has never rested on her laurels as an 18+ year professional. Through the development of strong relationships with people who have helped her along the way, Amy found her true calling in 2002 as the head of marketing for a mid-size credit union in Seattle, WA. In just three short years, Amy and her then team built one of the most recognized and unique and strategically-developed brands among credit unions. The industry took notice and credit unions began to call upon Amy, requesting her diverse insight and expertise to help them through their marketing and branding challenges. She answered the call by starting The BA Group in 2005.
Today, BA is comprised of a team of professionals between Minnesota and Texas that share in Amy’s passion for the industry, lending their areas of expertise to help BA’s credit union partners analyze, plan, develop and implement marketing, branding, media, social media and analytical efforts – leading to awareness and growth for the partners.
When Amy isn’t spending her time traveling to consult with credit unions around the nation, leading brainstorming and brand-development sessions with her team, or working with their network of partners on creating solutions for the industry you can find her at one of her sons’ lacrosse games, working on a new DIY home project or taking long walks around her beloved community (and BA headquarters) in Northfield, MN with her dog Oscar (BA’s Chief Morale Officer or CMO) and husband, BA’s President, Terrill.
