Since joining Gallagher in 2013, Matt Jakubowski has specialized in serving the needs of complex, tax-exempt organizations. He collaborates with credit union boards and executives to create efficient plans that strengthen and sustain top leaders. He is also a frequent speaker on topics ranging from strategically aligning benefit plans with succession planning and executive benefit plans’ roles in mergers. Matt has held various board and volunteer roles. He earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Economics from High Point University.
