Dr. Todd Henshaw directs, designs and teaches executive leadership programs at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania to approximately 60 Corporate clients a year both domestically and internationally. His prior assignments include Professor at Columbia University, and Academy Professor and Director of Leadership Programs at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Dr. Henshaw served as Learning Director for Wharton's Advanced Management Program from 2013-2020, and teaches leadership to executives and MBA students around the world. Over the past several years, Dr. Henshaw has worked internationally to enhance leadership capacity in the following organizations: ABB, Aon, China Investment Corporation, Capital Airports Holding Company, General Electric, McKesson, Nissan, KPMG, Hero Motorcorp (India), Ericsson, Panasonic, Coca-Cola, Hainan Airlines, Bao Steel, Merck, Estee Lauder, Lincoln Financial, E-House Real Estate, PetroChina, PingAn, Huawei, IBM, World Economic Forum, Indian School of Business, Alcatel-Lucent, Evonik, Penske, Samsung, Hitachi, Citigroup, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, Boston Scientific, Accenture (India), and various government ministries across the world. Todd served as an officer in the United States Army for 24 years, and in command and leadership roles at many levels. Todd’s final mission was a deployment to design and build the National Military Academy of Afghanistan in 2008. Todd earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and a Ph.D. in Business at the University of Kansas in 2003.
