In the first discovery session, we’ll work with your internal team to assess key governance issues. This expert-led, interactive process will zero in on your most critical needs.
In the second session, we’ll provide strategic insights addressing the challenges identified during the initial discovery session. You’ll receive actionable feedback designed to enhance board decision making and strengthen your credit union’s governance.

Board Discovery Session is available free of charge to CUES Unlimited+ members. Other CUES members who wish to take part in the program may do so for a one-time program fee of $4,500.
