Do You Belong Here?
Navari is seeking an accomplished, execution-focused executive to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-driven organization at an important stage of growth and help build the unified, scalable operating environment that will define its next chapter.
Navari, the rebranded name of Credit Union Solutions Group (CUSG), is a national CUSO headquartered in Royal Oak, Michigan. Majority-owned by the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL) and backed by more than 100 investors, Navari serves more than 2,400 credit union clients and partners across 48 states, as well as universities, hospitals, community banks, and other businesses. With approximately $25 million in annual revenue, Navari is positioned for continued growth, including future acquisitions.
Navari’s portfolio includes five core software products supporting HR teams (Performance Pro, Compease, and The Learning Center) and marketing teams (MemberXP and BankingXP), as well as Save to Win, Love My Credit Union Rewards, and web, media, and creative services. The 2026 rebrand to Navari, a name rooted in navigation, signals the organization’s evolution into a more connected solutions ecosystem that helps leaders make clear, confident decisions.
This is more than an opportunity to run operations. It is an opportunity to help define how Navari scales in a culture built on CARE: Curiosity, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. For us, CARE means putting our values into practice when it matters: In challenges, in comebacks, and in everyday choices. We lift each other up as One Team and we Achieve More Together!
Connect Purpose, People, and Performance
Reporting to the President/CEO, the COO will lead day-to-day operations across Navari’s product and service portfolio, aligning teams around shared priorities and a clear operating rhythm. This leader will help the CEO stay focused on enterprise strategy, investors, the board, and the broader credit union system while ensuring the organization delivers on its commitments to clients and employees.
Key areas of leadership and impact include:
Translate strategy into action. Turn strategic priorities into operating plans, budgets, measurable goals, and clear accountability.
Strengthen operations. Streamline processes, clarify decision rights, and establish consistent planning, performance reviews, and problem-solving.
Drive business performance. Use data to grow revenue, improve margins and service delivery, and guide decisions on capacity, pricing, and investment.
Lead marketing and sales efforts to position Navari for growth across all channels, expanding awareness of the new brand and creating opportunities for heightened visibility and market expansion.
Connect products and client experience. Lead product management and delivery across SaaS, marketing, and financial empowerment solutions while improving onboarding, support, renewals, and retention.
Drive business performance. Use data to grow revenue, improve margins and service delivery, and guide decisions on capacity, pricing, and investment.
Enable growth and change. Complete Navari’s brand transition and prepare for future acquisitions by aligning people, systems, processes, and client relationships.
Modernize responsibly. Advance technology and the use of data and AI while safeguarding information security, privacy, vendor oversight, and compliance.
Partner across the enterprise. Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and other leaders on forecasting, pricing, reporting, resource allocation, and shared priorities.
Success is more than keeping the business running. It is creating a connected, accountable organization that scales without losing sight of client outcomes, employee experience, or Navari’s purpose.

A proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and to collaborate within an established leadership team
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field
