Chief Revenue Officer

Patriot Federal Credit Union (Patriot) is searching for an experienced, innovative executive to serve in the newly-created role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Patriot is a respected $1B financial institution serving communities in South Central Pennsylvania, Washington and Frederick counties in Maryland, as well as Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties in WV. Patriot is a leader in the geographic areas that we serve, and this position will be instrumental in achieving our short and long-term growth plans. 

Reporting to the Credit Union's CEO and working out of our Corporate Office, the Chief Revenue Officer will oversee commercial, real estate and consumer lending, as well as payments, delivery channels and wealth management.

The CRO will collaborate with C-level executives, vendors, business partners and others to develop new partner and channel revenue opportunities while maximizing existing revenue sources. The CRO is also responsible for the strategic development and direction of credit and non-credit financial solutions for Patriot’s lending programs, and ensuring a safe, sound and profitable loan portfolio (to include consumer loans, member business loans, mortgage loans owned and sold into the secondary markets, as well as the underwriting for participation loans). Additionally, the CRO provides oversight to Patriot’s Asset Protection, Credit Recovery and Loan Servicing functions. The CRO is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and both the Senior Lending Committee (SLC) and Consumer & Real Estate Lending Committee.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of college coursework and a minimum of seven years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably at the senior management level. Also required is extensive knowledge of the commercial, real estate and consumer lending industry, including indirect auto, credit cards, and risk-based pricing philosophy. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adjust to change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with community leaders, colleagues and staff at all levels are also essential.
