Director, Digital Services

The Director of Digital Services leads the strategy, execution, and day-to-day performance of the credit union’s digital banking channels and member-facing platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring digital services are reliable, user-friendly, secure, and aligned with business goals and member expectations.  This leader partners closely with IT, Operations, Marketing, and other business areas to deliver digital enhancements, improve adoption, and support the credit union’s broader strategic priorities. The Director translates enterprise strategy into actionable digital initiatives and drives continuous improvement of the member experience.
