Is This the Career for You?
The Senior Vice President, Operations role will serve as a key strategic and operational leader, responsible for overseeing the credit union’s day-to-day functions, including branch operations, marketing and business development, compliance, and member services. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this individual will collaborate closely with the executive team, contribute to organizational strategy, participate in Board discussions, and ensure operational alignment with the credit union’s goals.

This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. The SVP will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring all operational areas remain aligned with strategic priorities and regulatory expectations. As a proactive leader, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement process enhancements, and promote a culture centered on collaboration and exceptional member service.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results. In addition to managing daily operations, the SVP will function as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, supporting leadership effectiveness while ensuring strong execution across the organization.

Help Us Get to Know You
Ready to advance your career? We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in credit union operations, including substantial management and supervisory responsibilities. This role requires direct credit union experience.

Successful candidates will bring a deep knowledge of credit union operations, including branch operations, compliance, member services, and initiatives that support member growth, engagement, and community presence.
