The Vice President of Operations at Tucoemas Federal Credit Union is a strategic and highly visible leadership role, overseeing all member-facing functions, including the retail branch network, contact center, BSA/AML, compliance, vendor management, and other essential support services. This role requires an experienced, dynamic, and engaging leader who understands the importance of accountability, regular check-ins, goal alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is not only operationally strong but also deeply aligned with our culture, someone who can inspire and motivate teams to take ownership of their work and professional development, while fostering a positive, mission-driven environment.

In addition to leading service and compliance teams, the VP of Operations is critical in upholding regulatory and internal standards, ensuring efficient operations, and aligning departmental performance with organizational goals. This includes oversight of BSA/AML compliance, vendor relationships, policy adherence, and the continuous evaluation and improvement of processes across the credit union. With strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, this leader will help ensure operational excellence and consistent, high-quality member experience across all channels.
