Jaime Bochantin, Ph.D., Joins CUES as VP of Consulting Services   

MADISON, Wis.— Talent development leader CUES is pleased to announce Jaime Bochantin, Ph.D., has joined the Professional Development team. She will serve as Vice President of Consulting Services. 

Bochantin most recently served as lead trainer, consultant, and curriculum designer at Charlotte Consulting Solutions. Prior to that, she was a faculty trainer and content developer for the Executive Education program at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte where she was also an Associate Professor teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, organizational science, management, research methods and communication. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M and a Master of Corporate Communication from DePaul University.

Bochantin will focus her efforts on CUES Consulting, which helps credit unions identify key candidates, build stronger teams, and create a more cohesive culture through:  

  • Team Building, including interactive activities and discussion to promote team effectiveness
  • Competency Model Development, to ensure competencies are aligned to critical behaviors that support your credit union’s goals
  • CUES Strategic Leadership Development Program, offering customized programs to meet your specific needs
