Alison currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Your Credit Union Partner. Alison’s experience includes work at the State and National Trade Association level, as well as natural person credit unions ranging is assets from $50 million to $500 million, working in areas of Business Development/Marketing, Community Development, and Human Resources & Training. Alison is a founding member and Board member of the CU DEI Collective and also sits on the CU De Novo Foundation Board.
Alison is a community development expert. This rewarding work includes strategic planning, emerging market reviews, grant writing, and business planning for Low-Income Designated, community development, and CDFI credit unions. Alison is a widely published and recognized credit union thought leader and a frequent speaker and presenter in the U.S. and International Credit Union space.
A respected veteran of the CU Movement, Alison understands the challenges and opportunities facing credit unions today. She believes that credit unions matter, and that credit unions are needed now more than ever.
