With offices in Hermitage and Sharon, PA, MCCFCU is a thriving, $110 million community-chartered credit union serving over 12,000 members across Mercer County and six surrounding counties in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

To thrive as the Chief Financial Officer at Mercer County Community Federal Credit Union, you'll need a solid foundation in finance, including expertise in accounting, budgeting, asset-liability management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Just as critical is your ability to think strategically, lead with integrity, and collaborate effectively. You should be skilled at translating financial data into clear, actionable insights that support credit union goals and align with the credit union’s mission. As the CFO—and the second-in-command—you’ll work closely with the CEO to help lead daily operations, drive strategic priorities, and ensure financial stability.
