Hilary Foster is the Executive Advisor for Credit Unions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she leads strategic visioning engagements and provides mission-focused thought leadership for the industry. Previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) she advised financial services and technology companies on operational and regulatory issues. She also worked at the Inter-American Development Bank on private sector development and microfinance projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Hilary was a Fulbright fellow in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil and Montevideo, Uruguay and holds an MBA from Georgetown, an MA in Latin American Studies from Ohio University, and a BA in International Relations from the College of Wooster.
