Today’s HR and talent development professionals are being asked to support leaders through increasingly complex people challenges: rising stress, burnout, disconnection, and the need for cultures where employees feel safe to speak up, ask for help, and contribute fully. This interactive workshop equips HR/TD practitioners with practical language, facilitation tools, and leadership rituals that connect perspective taking, psychological safety, and workplace well-being.
Participants will explore how mental, emotional, and social well-being show up in day-to-day work; how leaders can recognize early signs of burnout and stress; and how simple, repeatable check-ins can create a stronger sense of trust, inclusion, and support. Through reflection prompts, discussion, and applied practice, HR/TD professionals will leave prepared to help leaders embed flexibility, wellness, and psychologically safe behaviors into everyday management routines.
