Dr. Horniman is a professor of business administration and senior fellow at the Olsson Center for Applied Ethics, the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He is an internationally known industry consultant in the area of organizational behavior and organizational change. During his time at the school, he has taught in the areas of organizational behavior, managerial psychology, career management, business ethics and strategy, leadership and change. He is the faculty leader for The Executive Program, Darden’s flagship senior management program, and numerous other executive education programs. In addition to his teaching course, design and management interests, he created what is now the Olsson Center of Applied Ethics. Previously, he worked for Rockwell International.
