As an ICF accredited coach, Katie works with senior executives and mid-level leaders to realize their potential. Her passion is helping high performers discover what’s possible in their professional and personal lives by creating the habits and behaviors necessary to lead themselves, their teams and their organizations to success. Katie’s coaching clients hail from a broad range of corporate, nonprofit, and military/government organizations including Blackrock, Brookings Institution, Colby College, Deloitte, Ford Motor Company, Human Rights Campaign, US Departments of Defense, Energy, Health & Human Services, and Interior, the University of Virginia Health System and The World Bank Group.
In addition to coaching individual and organizational clients, Katie consults with organizations on the design and implementation of executive development programs. At UVA/Darden Executive Education she designed and delivered a portfolio of customized programs and led open enrollment offerings. In her coaching practice, Katie integrates the industry insights and leadership development expertise she has gained from 20+ years of experience at best-in-class programs at UVA/Darden, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Katie received a B.A. in English Literature and Rhetoric & Communications Studies from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in creative writing from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned the Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University and the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
