As an intentional inclusionist, LaToya leverages her inclusive leadership mindset to effectively transform individuals and teams and positively influence organizational culture.
LaToya is currently the Culture and Inclusion Officer for Visions Federal Credit Union, where she is responsible for evolving employee engagement practices within Visions and enhancing the organization’s internal and external focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. LaToya has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry; prior to Visions, LaToya served as Vice President of Regional Sales and Development for a community bank located in New Jersey, where she trained and developed staff in branches located in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and throughout New Jersey.
Residing in New Jersey, LaToya also advocates for autism awareness, support, and research and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership at Carolina University. She received an MBA from Centenary University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Berkeley College.
