Samantha Paxson is a growth strategy and business transformation executive in fintech, leading teams to build the intersection of technology, brand and experience architecture to center on the consumer. As Chief Experience Officer with Co-op Solutions, she has helped grow the company by developing strategies to transform the operations of a 40-year-old organization to a truly platform-based ecosystem.
As a passionate "intrapreneur," Paxson founded Co-op THINK 16 years ago, an innovation content platform empowering the evolution of mission-driven financial services, and which has partnered world-renowned thought leaders with thousands of financial services executives.
Her governance leadership has included private and not for profit boards and advisories, currently sitting on four boards in leadership roles, including USC Credit Union, tech start-up LenderClose, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and LA 5050 Women on Boards
Paxson is a graduate of USC Annenberg School and Stanford University’s FANFE executive education program and is currently pursuing an MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
