Join Us in Shaping the Future of Intelligent Automation
Are you passionate about building AI-powered solutions that transform how organizations operate and engage with their members? We’re looking for an innovative Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to design and deliver intelligent agents, automated workflows, and embedded experiences within our internal platform, Beastro. This role blends cutting-edge technologies—including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI—to create scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that drive efficiency, elevate quality, and enhance member interactions.
If you're excited by the challenge of integrating AI into real-world operations and member-facing journeys, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development (Copilot Studio & Azure AI): Design and implement task-oriented and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (actions, connectors, generative answers, prompt orchestration) and Azure AI services; integrate agents with Beastro microservices and APIs for secure, reliable tool execution.
- Workflow & RPA Automation: Build and optimize end-to-end automations with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows), AI Builder (document processing, prediction), and Dataverse to streamline internal operations (e.g., onboarding, reconciliations, reporting). UIPath experience is a plus for complementary RPA scenarios.
- Member-Facing Embeds in Beastro: Embed AI capabilities into Beastro user journeys (guided assistance, knowledge retrieval, decision support), ensuring usability, performance, and auditability of member interactions.
- Testing Automation & Quality Engineering: Develop automated test harnesses for agents and flows, including synthetic data generation, unit/integration testing, regression packs, and non-functional tests (latency, resiliency). Establish monitoring, alerting, and SLOs using platform telemetry.
- Data & Intelligence Fabric: Utilize Microsoft Fabric (data engineering, pipelines, real-time analytics) and Azure AI Search/vectorization patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and grounded responses; govern data products and features consumed by agents.
- Security, Governance, and Compliance: Implement role-based access, environment strategies, DLP, data residency controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards across Power Platform and Azure. Partner with Risk/Compliance to align automations to financial-services standards (e.g., Nacha/ACH, NCUA/FFIEC).
- Integration & Platform Engineering: Build reusable connectors, APIs, and solution components; manage secrets, certificates, and identity (OAuth 2.0/OIDC). Contribute to CI/CD, environment promotion, and change management for AI solutions.
- Operations, Support, and RCA: Troubleshoot incidents across agents, workflows, and data pipelines; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions with clear runbooks and dashboards.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain solution design docs, data dictionaries, prompt/grounding specifications, and operational guides; deliver knowledge transfer to operations and business teams.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power Apps), Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AI Search), and Teams/Graph connectors.
- Practical experience designing RAG solutions (embedding generation, chunking strategies, grounding, evaluation) and secure action/connector patterns for agents.
- Proficiency with APIs (REST/JSON), eventing (webhooks), identity (OAuth 2.0/OIDC), secrets management, and telemetry/observability (App Insights/Log Analytics).
- Scripting/programming skills in Python, C#/.NET, or TypeScript, plus Power Fx for Power Platform components.
- Strong grasp of testing automation for flows and agents (unit/integration/e2e), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), environment strategies, and solution packaging (managed solutions).
- Understanding of data governance, DLP, RBAC, and responsible-AI guardrails for production workloads in financial services.
- UIPath experience is a plus.
