CUInsight is seeking an experienced marketing leader for its Director of Marketing position. This person will serve as a strategic leader in the organization, overseeing all marketing and communication strategy and efforts, brand identity, and storytelling efforts across all channels. The Director of Marketing will provide leadership and coaching to one direct report and work cross-functionally within the CUInsight team to provide recommendations and support organizational goals and objectives, including revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for evaluating and identifying the best marketing and CRM systems and enhancements to meet organizational goals and to execute on strategy, overseeing and implementing systems/enhancements as needed. This person will also serve as an informed expert on emerging trends and best practices within digital marketing and communications, helping CUInsight to better connect the credit union community. This position should establish a strong presence in the credit union space using networking and relationship-building skills, including virtually.
