Position Description

Are We the Place for You?
Humanidei was founded in 2019 with one clear goal: to help credit unions build more inclusive, people-centered workplaces. We believe the future of the credit union movement depends on leadership that reflects the communities it serves—so we work alongside credit unions to attract, develop, and retain top talent who drive relevance, equity, and long-term impact.

We’re proud to partner with credit unions across the country, knowing that every project we take on supports people—leaders, teams, and members alike.

As our team grows, we’re committed to adding professionals who are passionate about both people and purpose. If you believe that inclusion fuels innovation, that leadership should reflect the communities it serves, and that culture and strategy go hand-in-hand—you’ll find your people here!

Humanidei is a fully remote company that values work-life integration, supports professional growth, and offers flexible time off and full benefits.
