Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Organizational Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the credit union’s operational and financial future. In this role, you will:
• Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency, enhance member service delivery, and improve financial performance.
• Partner closely with leaders across the credit union to ensure a holistic, cross-functional approach to success.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth, margin improvement, and cost efficiency.
• Help modernize systems, streamline processes, and implement technology that improves both member and employee experience.
• Support strategic planning, process improvement, and the development of a high-performing, future-focused culture.

Help Us Get to Know You
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in financial institution operations, accounting, or a related discipline (credit union experience preferred). A proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial health through strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire both peers and staff.

The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000-$70,000 annually.
