LOYALTY Credit Union of Florida ($301M; Pensacola, FL) is seeking our next President/Chief Executive Officer. LOYALTY Credit Union may be a new name, but it’s a credit union that is steeped in history, tradition, and service. LOYALTY Credit Union started in 1962 as West Florida Central Credit Union later changing the name to Central Credit Union of Florida. Today, LOYALTY Credit Union is a trusted financial institution serving over 22,000 members across the Florida Panhandle. LOYALTY Credit Union is seeking a President/CEO who will bring a clear understanding of how to lead a complex financial institution that centers every decision on members' financial well-being. The President/CEO will know that the best strategies are defined by including the voices and perspectives of all key stakeholders and will be eager to receive feedback from members, the Board, and employees to improve our service to members and help them achieve financial stability.

As our President/CEO, you should be interested in continuous self-improvement, with the awareness that you will never have all the answers. A proven history of aligning teams around a shared common vision and creating an inclusive culture that elevates every team member to serve at their highest capacity is critical. It will allow you to guide the credit union forward with shared knowledge from the most invested stakeholders.

We look forward to learning about you and why you believe you’re the right choice to lead LOYALTY forward. Your resume (or a link to your LinkedIn profile) should show your education (Bachelor’s Degree at minimum with preference given to candidates with a Master’s Degree), any relevant credentials, at least 10 years of senior management experience at a financial institution (preferably at a credit union), and a track record of excellence in collaboration and setting/executing organizational growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success and a deep understanding of the “credit union difference.”
