Is This the Career for You?
The Vice President of Real Estate Lending and Servicing brings strategic vision and hands-on execution to oversee the full real estate lending life cycle from origination to servicing. This leader will drive the growth, performance, and quality of the credit union’s real estate loan portfolio, including first mortgages, second mortgages, and home equity lines of credit.

Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, you will lead a team of originators, processors, underwriters, and servicing staff, ensuring a high-performing, member-focused approach. You will manage daily operations, driving technology and process improvements, developing new products and channels, and maintaining competitive pricing. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and investor requirements while aligning policies and procedures with growth goals and risk management standards. Additionally, the VP manages vendor relationships and oversees audit readiness and responses.

Please submit a resume that shows 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate origination, operations, and servicing, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership in a credit union or community bank, and information about your bachelor’s degree. We’ll want to learn about your extensive knowledge of national mortgage origination and servicing regulations, investor requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.

The Salary Range is $105,783.44 - $158,675.16.
