Sharonview is looking for an experienced Real Estate Loan Servicing and Investor Reporting Analyst who is skilled in critical and analytical thinking and has proven experience working with FNMA and other investor portfolios and adhering to all FNMA guidelines and federal regulations.

Salary Range: $29.34 to $32.79
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary transactions, investor reporting and remittance, and custodial bank account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting and remittance of funds to all Investors, including Fannie Mae and others.
- Monitor and manage FNMA and other investor loan portfolios in default. Initiate appropriate actions to ensure the resolution of delinquencies in accordance with FNMA guidelines and federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all FNMA guidelines, policies, and procedures. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to FNMA and other regulatory bodies.
- Perform reconciliation and review of all investor activity for each account maintained by all Sharonview credit union partners to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of investor requirements.
- Serve as primary resource for validation, error correction, and complete transactions to ensure a seamless and accurate completion of all department projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with investor guidelines as well as all Credit Union Partners policies and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding all investor loan servicing questions and initiatives. Own and respond to all inquiries by internal and external members of the Credit Union Partners and Investors courteously and professionally.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of current mortgage industry experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in investor reporting for FNMA and non-regulatory investors
- Knowledge of real estate secondary market servicing requirements, such as those from Fannie Mae is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understand how our operating systems and processes affect and are affected by our vendors’ systems to ensure efficient and effective integration of those systems.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide attention to detail.
- Must have a service orientation – actively looking for ways to help people solve problems or meet financial objectives.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with individuals or mid-sized groups.
- Possess the ability to work well with people and to create a self-motivating work environment. Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing and heavy use of computer.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
- Work requires the ability to speak and hear on a consistent basis.
- Communicating with others to exchange information via voice, email, teams etc. Information can be exchanged in person, in writing, by telephone or e-mail with a wide variety of contacts, both internally and externally
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Hybrid role which requires the ability to report into the office as requested.
