Doug Macias is the Principal Consultant for RPG (Revenue Path Group), helping credit unions not only to survive, but to thrive. Having over fifteen years of experience, in the credit union Industry, Doug worked the teller-line to CEO, in Illinois, Field Representative for the Missouri Credit Union Association and most recently, Sales Executive for CUNA Mutual Insurance Group in Indiana. Doug's experience, combined with the solutions of the Revenue Path Group provides consulting for credit proposing what they must do in-order-to maintain a viable financial institution, while securing the future for their credit union.

In addition to his one-on-one work with credit unions, Doug continues to address credit union audiences, delivering his overall enthusiasm for credit unions and their need for keeping-up with change. In his free time, Doug enjoys golfing, spending time with family or just a day to gather his thoughts.
