In today’s credit union environment, many leadership challenges do not sit within a single team or function. Progress often depends on your ability to build clarity, create commitment, and move work forward across the organization.
Whether you’re aligning cross-functional teams, gaining buy-in from senior leaders, or moving strategic initiatives forward, your ability to influence directly impacts your results. Yet many leaders find themselves navigating stalled decisions, unclear ownership, and conversations that don’t lead to action.
This one-day learning experience is designed to help you lead more effectively—regardless of title or reporting structure.
You’ll learn how to:
Influence decisions and outcomes without relying on formal authority
Build alignment across teams and stakeholders
Strengthen credibility and gain support for key priorities
Navigate difficult or high-stakes conversations with confidence
Turn ideas and discussions into clear action and accountability
Create momentum on important initiatives, even when ownership is shared
Through practical frameworks, real-world scenarios, and peer discussion, you’ll gain tools you can apply immediately. Walk away ready to move from conversation to commitment—and from alignment challenges to measurable progress.
