CUES Advanced Management Program from Cornell University is designed to help you make that connection and provide insight into the c-suite mindset.

CUES Advanced Management Program is a 9-month digital learning program. Participants gain deep insights into leadership, strategy, operations, and other critical management topics. They'll also learn from 11 Cornell University faculty members, deepen their knowledge of what it takes to be a successful executive, and have the opportunity to earn the distinguished Certified Credit Union Executive Manager designation from CUES and Cornell University.
