Under the guidance of 11 Cornell University faculty members, deepen your knowledge of what it takes to be a successful executive.
Over the course of 9 months, 8 courses, and 7 live-taught online sessions, you will:
- Expand beyond your current technical skillset and delve into the human, leadership and management skills successful leaders need.
- Dive deep into the roles of the C-suite and build the necessary problem-solving skills to tackle real on-the-job challenges while connecting day-to-day roles with your CU's goals.
- Emerge with a solid understanding of the C-suite mindset and the skills needed to become an ambidextrous leader.
- Learn what the executives at your CU are thinking about, how to support them, and how to position yourself for advancement.
- Apply lessons to enhance your day-to-day work, management roles, and contributions to your organization.
- Leave with an understanding of the challenges leaders face, how they think, and how they problem-solve.
- Upon completion of all sessions and required coursework, you will earn the Certified Credit Union Executive Manager (CEM) designation and the Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Cornell University and CUES.
