Your growth doesn't happen in isolation. CUES Essential Leadership Program is structured so that what you learn in each course gets reinforced, practiced, and applied through coaching, peer conversation, and your own Individual Development Plan.
Foundations of Leadership
Leadership isn't one size fits all, and this course starts there. You'll explore your own leadership style, build confidence in how you show up, and develop practical skills for guiding teams through everyday challenges and change.
Topics include: leadership styles, influence, communication, change management, coaching, team development, goal setting, and conflict resolution.

Coaching Sessions
Each coaching session is designed to connect your coursework to real situations you're navigating at work, with a small group of peers and a facilitator who knows leadership development inside and out.
Applying Foundations of Leadership
Put your leadership learning into practice. This session unpacks what effective leadership looks like day-to-day and helps you identify where you're already leading well and where you want to grow.
Embracing Emotional Intelligence
Explore how your emotions influence your leadership and how understanding others shapes the way you communicate, collaborate, and lead through conflict.
Integrating Executive Presence
Talk through what presence really means for you, in your role, at your credit union, and build a plan for showing up with more confidence and authenticity.
