Diane Olson
Diane Olson, Vice President of Community Accounts- Western Region, leads a team of sales professionals responsible for business development for 500+ West Coast based community clients. Her team is comprised of eight account executives that live and work in-market, ensuring a local Visa presence. Diane has over 25 years of business development, channel partner sales, outside sales and sales management experience.
Diane has been at Visa for 14+ years and has held various positions across the company. Prior to her current role, Diane managed the Regional Commercial Sales team, responsible for the growth and development of commercial business in the US. Diane is also a board member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Better Business Bureau and mentors young female professionals entering the workforce.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco and resides in Sonoma County California with her husband.
Celeste Schwitters
Celeste Schwitters leads a national team of sales professionals and is responsible for business development for over 5,000+ US-based community clients as Head of Community Accounts. Her team is comprised of eight regional Vice Presidents, with Account Executives that reside in almost every one of the 50 states, ensuring a local Visa presence. Celeste and her team enable and accelerate payments growth for this set of important clients.
Celeste has been at Visa for 26+ years and has held various positions across the company. Prior to her current role, Celeste managed the North America Client Services team, comprised of 400+ team members providing industry leading operational and implementation support to Visa’s North American clients. Earlier in her career, fostering her passion for community accounts, Celeste worked for the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) in Washington D.C.
Celeste holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from University of Colorado at Denver. Celeste resides in Atlanta with her husband, dog, and is the proud mother of two young men.
Dr. Beth A. Livingston
Dr. Beth A. Livingston is Ralph L. Sheets Associate Professor of Industrial Relations at the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business, an internal advisor with the Healthier Workforce Center of the Midwest, a NIOSH Center of Excellence, and the faculty director of the Dore-Tippie Women's Leadership program. After receiving her Ph.D. from the University of Florida, and her MBA from the University of Kentucky, she began her career at Cornell University in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations before moving to the Midwest. She studies and teaches human resource management, gender & diversity, and the management of work and family in the service of employee well-being. Her research has been highlighted in the New York Times, NPR, and the Harvard Business Review, and she has been published in multiple top academic journals. Dr. Livingston has also done executive education, speaking engagements, and consulting for companies and non-profits such as Accenture, John Deere, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, HNI/Allsteel, and Hollaback! (now Right to Be) and is the co-author of the book Shared Sisterhood, published by Harvard Business Review Press.

Bradford S. Bell
Bradford S. Bell is the William J. Conaty Professor of Strategic Human Resources and Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) in the ILR School at Cornell University. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University. His research and teaching interests include talent management, team development and effectiveness, and virtual work, and he has published over 50 articles and book chapters on these topics in a variety of outlets. His research has been recognized through several awards and honors, including the Early Career Achievement Award from the Academy of Management HR Division. He is a former Editor of Personnel Psychology and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Dr. Lauren Hodges
Dr. Lauren Hodges is passionate about helping others reach their highest potential, whether at work in their roles, or at home in those relationships that matter the most.
Growing up she had an interest in human performance. She was an athlete, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, boot camp owner, and adjunct college professor. After ten years of living and working within the confines of higher education, she realized her purpose is to serve organizations by helping their teams thrive in BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT so the organizations they work in can thrive too.
Her topics related to health and human performance blend research in behavior change and well-being into powerful presentations that include actionable tools and strategies audiences can implement immediately to maximize their happiness, energy, and performance at work, at home, and within.
Lauren is the co-founder of Performance on Purpose, LLC, and founder of Lauren Hodges, LLC, two performance coaching companies focused on advancing leadership and performance potential. She earned her doctorate in curriculum design from The University of Central Florida and has certifications in coaching, strength and conditioning, and performance nutrition.
Her clients include Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute, Thrive Global, Estee Lauder companies, Accenture, Earl Enterprises, HealthFirst, Rice University, and FlightSafety, among others.
She considers her most important role is mom to two boys, Jake and Ryder, and partner to her husband, Daniel. Together they reside on the Florida coast, the perfect place for their outdoor lifestyle. Lauren enjoys hiking, surfing, travel, exercise, and competing in triathlons.
