MADISON, Wis.— Talent development leader CUES is currently gathering data from seasoned leaders throughout the industry to develop a Leadership Success Profile.
“This is a great opportunity for the industry’s leaders to help define and shape the next generation of CU leaders,” said Christopher Stevenson, CAE, CIE, CUES SVP/Chief Learning Officer. “Once completed, the Leader Success Profile will offer insights into the critical behaviors needed to drive effectiveness and relevancy for credit union leaders in the next 3-5 years. Understanding these qualities, capabilities and behaviors will help current execs evaluate future candidates from both inside and outside the industry to determine how successful they might be in a leadership position.”
CUES will publish the following based on the data:
- A Leadership Success Profile whitepaper, which will be available to everyone in the industry for free
- An executive whitepaper summary, which will be made available to survey participants
Credit union leaders can participate in the survey here. Data is collected via a card sorting exercise. The survey will be open through August 13.
