George Hofheimer
George Hofheimer founded Hofheimer Strategy Advisors in 2020 to advise highly ambitious credit unions that want to change the world. Previously, George was the head of research and development at Filene Research Institute, the credit union industry's think tank, for 15 years. Before that he was the chief learning officer at CUES, the credit union industry’s leading executive education association for 8 years. He has conducted nearly 400 advisory and speaking engagements with consumer finance organizations across the globe and authored dozens of research reports. George began his career in international business, including as a member of the first group of Peace Corps Volunteers in the former Soviet Republic of Uzbekistan. George obtained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Rich Jones
Rich Jones is President/Principal for Leading2Leadership LLC. Before starting his strategic planning agency, he has spent over 20 years in leadership roles in the financial services sector. Before becoming an executive in the financial services sector, Rich was an entrepreneur, building and selling two businesses and working for early-stage start-up companies in executive roles in marketing, business development, and seeking investment partners. With more than three decades of experience, he brings innovative thought to companies and executives.
Rich published “Leading2Leadership, a Situational Primer to Leadership Excellence.” The book is available on Amazon.com and was designed to be used as a book study for leadership development programs; it breaks leadership skills into manageable situations for discussion and reflection.
Rich has worked with credit unions, CUSOs, and vendors, designing digital, data, culture, marketing, and branding transformation strategies. In 2014, Rich was chosen as a Credit Union Rock Star by CU Magazine, and in 2018, Rich received the Lifetime Achievement Award from CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council.

Tim McAlpine is the Founder and CEO of Currency Marketing. Denise Lewin Loyd
Denise Lewin Loyd is Associate Dean for Equity, an Associate Professor of Business Administration, and a Vernon Zimmerman Faculty Fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She joined the University of Illinois faculty in 2013, and her research focuses on groups and teams, status, diversity, social identity, and ethics. Loyd earned her BS in civil engineering and architectural engineering, graduating with honors, from the University of Miami in 1992. She went on to receive her MS in civil and environmental engineering in 1994 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and her PhD in management and organizations in 2005 from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Loyd is a board member for Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and served for three years as a board member for the Academy of Management Review and Small Group Research journals. She has recently published work in Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin and in Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice.
John Kanengieter
John Kanengieter is an executive coach, strategic leadership consultant and principal at Zero Point Partners. His expertise is leadership development, teamwork and decision-making for executives in the United States, Asia, Europe and Latin America. His practice focuses on building resilient leaders and high-functioning teams in the private, public and non-profit sectors. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, McNulty Center for Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania. In this capacity he develops curriculum, leads Wharton Leadership Venture expeditions and he teaches executive leadership and high-performance teams through Wharton Executive Education.
