John Hausknecht is associate professor of human resource studies at Cornell University’s ILR School. Professor Hausknecht’s teaching, research, and consulting focuses on HR analytics and staffing-related topics including employee selection and turnover. He has written extensively on the causes and consequences of employee turnover and its implications for organizational performance, often drawing from large-scale, longitudinal field studies conducted with industry partners. His research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, and the Academy of Management Journal. Professor Hausknecht is currently the academic director for Cornell’s ILR Executive Education and leads the HR analytics working group series for Cornell’s Center for Advanced HR Studies. He received his Ph.D. from Penn State University with a major in industrial/organizational psychology and a minor in management.
Sherif Nasser’s research focuses on applying game theory to marketing problems, particularly those related to distribution channels and pricing. He joined Cornell University in 2015 and teaches at both the Johnson and the Dyson Schools. At Johnson, he taught Marketing Management, Marketing Research to MBA students. Currently he teaches Product and Brand Strategies to EMBA students. At Dyson, he teaches Marketing Management, and Innovation and New Product Management. Prior to joining Cornell, Nasser taught at Washington University in St Louis.

An Executive Compensation report shows a profile of the credit unions in your peer group, and for the position(s) you selected, you’ll see base salary, bonus and total compensation information by average, 10th percentile, 25th percentile, median, 75th percentile and 90th percentile. Benefits information is included for executives as well.
CUES asks that you review our position descriptions and look for a 75% match between your position and ours. Titles can be deceiving, so review the full description to look for a match.
