From senior leaders such as Baby Boomers to Gen X, Millennials, and even entry-level Gen Z professionals, today’s workforce reflects a wide range of work styles, communication preferences, and fintech capabilities.
Learn how to recognize and understand these generational groups, how power dynamics may differ among them, and—most importantly—how to guide discussions that build a strong and effective board composition. This session will also introduce the American Nonprofit Academy’s Board Composition Assessment tool and explore practical strategies for navigating board transitions
through term limits and clear job descriptions that promote accountability on the credit union board level.
